Update Client Stops responding
Im having issues with the new update. I can launch the game fine and select server/channel. As soon as I load my character up in game, in 3 seconds my client just stops responding. Any reason for this?

Id get pass the black screen, but after everything is loaded, 3 seconds into the game the game just stops responding.

Obnoxious intro, but if I take that into consideration, it sounds like a problem with Black Cipher/Hackshield.
I'd try deleting those and redownloading them from the official site to see if that fixes it.

Overwrite the respective folders completely with those.
At least you could get the patch to run :[ my patcher seems to keep dying off after it's done with part 1/3 and gets stuck in the middle/beginning of 2/3...
this happens to me after every single patch, i dont understand what causes it to happen and how it randomly fixes itself after a few days, as for now i'm unable to log on completely.. wish there was a solution

OP was vague. I assumed he meant when the screen goes black after you enter your PIC was when the client stopped responding after a few seconds.
My client does that too and I have to wait ~15-20 seconds for it to fully load.
