When you accidentally extract one of your equips.
successfully stealing FM 1 door spot and enjoying the rage from the poor noob who lost it
also that feeling when you get IGN Aran during ign wipe and then successfully change your ign without getting sniped
logging in and experiencing all the enjoyable content
When your incredible csog 60% succeeds on ur pac and you get 0 wa
When you start defaming a noob with all your mules.
Seeing that I gained more exp than I thought.
When I notice I have a 100atk medal on my char on EMS! Ha!
Being 11 in 2007 and naive to how broken and cash grabbing this game is
when u see that medal register in yo collection
when you do 3 royals and get two of the hairs you wanted
and then when you do maplehood and get both the hairs you wanted and all the nice-looking faces (excluding pure gaze, already had it)
and then when you realize everything is pointless and eventually this game will be shut down

I played since I was 2nd grade (in KMS) and now I am rising junior in a college. I think I like maplestory because I make progress and I like a progress in general. Although I pretty much just afk while studying, I still make progresses in terms of upgrading equips and etc. I enjoy progress in general and such as I swim competitively as practices making progress in terms of time. Or like academic, you study for a better grade.
When in CPQ and you find a party who successfully trade wins with you for hours, AND the character you're playing can easily handle max rombs with speed.

When I only have enough nx for one royal coupon and I get the hair/face i want.
