So, since Wep Att is the nuts for Angelic Burster and I don't exactly have a very noteworthy glove, which of the following should I try to get...
100% Chance to Upgrade Potential Tier
All scrolls [except Enhancement scrolls] Will work on this item.
I'm thinking that 12%+ Dex is pretty awesome, but then again, 21 weapon attack...
Thoughts/Opinions?
