Special Durability Equips?
So for the past idk how long, I've been seeing these strange equips that have Durability and at the bottom they have stuff like "All scrolls used on this item will work" or "100% chance to upgrade potential tier when using a cube," I was wondering where do these equips come from? And when their Durability runs out, do I just get them repaired by Mos in Leafre?
Is there anything I should know about these equips?

Awesome, alright, last question, unrelated.
Do Emblems for AB (I THINK it's their secondary wep, like Berserk Chain for DrK) count as weapons? Can I use Critical/Attack/Boss% nebs on them?
