Switching to full empress
So currently, I have 4 pieces of empress (hat, cape, gloves, weapon). Since I'm so close to the 6 set, would it be wise to trade
9% overall and 10% shoes
for
6% emp overall and 6% emp shoes to get the 5th and 6th set bonus?
On that note, should I also get 3% int /clean emp shoulder (for 7th set) instead of 9% tempest shoulder?
PS this is for kanna, so %HP will boost power somewhat.

If you can chaos empress well / cube nicely, empress is a really good set to have better than nova possibly.

Get the 7 set, just so you can have a 6 set when replacing the gloves.
I think 9% temp shoulder would be better than 7th set...But if your looking for more survivability go for the emp shoulder.
