Cost effective weapon nebulites

Hello! I'm trying to find a nebulite for my secondary weapon, and I have no clue what to get. I was originally considering a 15% pdr neb, but I'm not sure how it would compare to something like a 1% dex or a 3% total damage neb. These three nebulites were chosen because I don't plan on spending a butt-ton of money on something like a %boss nebulite.

Any extra information can be provided if necessary. Thank you!

EDIT: I am not a dark knight. I am a marksman. Just FYI.
add up the total PDR you have and if youre already above 100% dont do it. 1% dex is alright, not on a wep though... id go for total damage... and how it works is it adds to damage AFTER all calculations hence not adding to range.
I currently get 100% PDR with snipe and 80% PDR with ultimate strafe. How effective would PDR be after it becomes multiplicative?

% total damage is the same as % att except that it doesn't show up in your range, so unless your weapon have a lot of attack i would go with %pdr

I'm not sure how the "Total Damage" effect works, as the potential doesn't seem to increase my range.
1% Dex will do practically nothing to your range unless you are an extremely high level.
I would choose the PDR Neb.
