Looking for a Player in Khaini named 0xBubblez

This player left a message in my shop about making images of my char or my shop and adding them to a video, without confirmation of my permission made a video using it. I usually have nothing against this, but you people gotta wait before you just post stuff on the internet without the consent of the other person before you just post stuff. I also cannot acces the video, tweet the player or facebook them... In any case, I wanna see if I can get in contact of this person, so I will give 15M mesos to the one who can tell me who this player is and how I can get in touch with them. This mostly only applies to Khainians, though if this guy has been in other worlds, the info is greatly appreciated!
