Did you guys noticed the new discounts on the NPC shops?

I've heard the NLC NPC it's glitched.
When you buy large amounts, like 100, they only take the half of mesos they ask for.
For example:
You buy 100 gings, they ask for 100k but you only give them 50k.
I haven't confirmed it yet.
Stocked up 2 mules with 3500~ gingers, 1500 sorcs and 600 Warrior elixirs atm (Not inlcuding the ones on my paladin)
Gonna try and do another 2+ mules tomorrow
How much are NLC pots now? And it's this permanent?
