The 11 event for all jobs

So recently, I made a new Wild hunter for the cool jaguar and the level up potions. Well, after I trained it for a bit, logged off. The next day, I come back on and the 1+1 exp gauge is not there. I assumed I just had to relog. But nothing worked. I remade a new wild hunter. I STILL did not get the quest for the event.

I need any type of help,
