Decent Hb on Overalls
So I've looked around the internet for some answers, and could never find a true clear cut answer, some people say yes, some say no.
I recently obtain 100% tier up lvl 110 bowman overall, and I'm wondering if I could get Decent HB on them?

If anyone has seen a overall with HB, a screenshot would be super helpful, and this question would be solved for good.
I know I could just buy a HB Neb for 2b, but I'm looking to save some money since I just wasted 1b trying to 15star my wep.

The potential is only obtainable for bottoms, however you can place a hb nebulite on both bottoms and overalls.
I wonder this too. I've searched around about this and it seems to be a 50/50 split if overalls can get Decent Hyper Body
Case in point, the potential guide linked above says in one section that you can get it on overalls and bottoms, and in another, only bottoms.

oh, hm that's weird... i just looked at the table and it only lists bottom
Why do you need decent HB? After you get your RA set (which will most likely be cheaper than the neb itself) you should have enough HP to survive in training areas like Drlil Hall and bosses do % HP damage for the most part anyway.
If you're going to cube them for Decent HB, don't bother.
The skill nebs are between 500m and 1b depending on your server. You might as well use those on your RA pants / SW / other trade-able overall. You'll use a huge amount of cubes to get a decent skill line anyway, and it would be better to cube your normal pants / overall for stat than to attempt that.
I don't have an answer though.
