Are you entering the price correctly?

There's like a 169NX Tax on a minimum priced item, so if you're trying to do the "world transfer for items by making a Wanted listing for 1NX", you actually have to price the item at 170NX for it to accept the listing.

I banged my head on that for a while when I started using it to move items between worlds.
I don't remember if those are the exact numbers, but I think they were. (Might have been 170 tax so the item has to be 171.. been too long since I've done it.)
