Top/bottom vs Empress overall/set
Pretty much I currently have a 17 attack 2 slot 4% luk emp overall that can potentially be slated 4 times and I want to know if I should just stick with this or upgrade to a 15-18% luk/bottom. I know that my damage/range should go up if I switch currently to the top/bottom however with the release of empress shoulders later I"ll still be able to get the 6th set empress effect while wearing dojo gloves so will that 30% boss dmg/30 attack outweigh the extra percent luk?

yeah currently all of my emp pieces have 13+ attack and all of them can be slated quite a bit. I guess it wouldn't really be worth it to spend 4-5 bill on the top and bottom then
Empress set is fairly comparable as you can use a dojo glove once the shoulder comes out.
yeah i know that new 150 set would definitely trump anything currently out there but the hassle of finding the entire set, perfect scrolling the dagger and being to afford all of that is most likely out of my reach sadly =/
