Why is blue cheese so gross?
Like, I went to an expensive-as-butt restaurant, and part of the dish I ordered had some blue cheese lying around. I was like, okay, I have good taste buds and a good sense of smell since I like cilantro (it's been proven people who like cilantro have better olfactory receptors). So I just scooped the chunk up and ate it and oh god everything just died. It wasn't even the smell of moldy feet that did it. It was the fact that it tasted like soap. Not even the delicious aloe soaps either, but like, shampoo, the stuff that's made almost entirely with petrol.

jeez my uncle's wife's mom put goat cheese in a antipasto. was so gross, i thought it was mozzarella.
I've never heard of people calling coriander cilantro before, I had to google it
I like coriander in food but I wouldn't eat it by itself.
As for blue cheese, that stuff is disgusting.
If you dont like that then you wont like goat cheese since they taste almost the same
Blue cheese is alright, but eating it alone is hard.
And cilantro is the bomb.

It tastes like crayons to me.
I think it's really yucky. It reminds me of the cheese you saw in old cartoons that had the green fumes coming up from it (limburger?)
