Can you have two exact Character cards at the same time?
So lets say I have two level 100 mechanics. Would I get only 15% buff duration still or would it be 30% because there are two.

No longer.
Different character cards are now the best option.
Get a hero set; Evan + Aran + (Mercedes / Phantom).
You get to drain Hp /Mp by attacking.
They no longer stack.
Nope. Tried it with DB cards, it gives a 'error'.
They don't stack. However, if you had, say a Thunder breaker and a Bucc, they stack. Same with a Dawn warior and Heroes. But not a Hero and a Hero
