I'm not really sure, but if you're getting it for trading purposes, which I doubt you are, they are untradeable. I don't really know any other ways to get it, other than gachapon.

people trying to sell star cushions and unique pot for like 1.5b ea. if i were you i would sell them for 1b cause they are not getting sold for 1.5b and dropping FAST.
