It's bc of greed and pride. They ones that have the godly gear do not want anyone else to even get close to there godliness. The one's that merch the godly gear do not want deflation of the godlies bc then they won't get as much money from it. Just like the real world and how Republicans keep crapping on the middle and lower class. They want to keep the poor people poor and the rich stay rich. I find it extremely stupid, selfish, and inconsiderate.

The new scissors [b]only applies[/b] to item that were fully tradeable before.

Items that requires a SoK or PSoK still require it.

Most people dont want to cube new items as it is a real waste of nx.

5 SoK limit is harsh? What if the person is a mercher and decides to transfer occasionally?

Actually, yes I do, because it makes scrolling much easier.
And what exactly is wrong with sharing equips with your own characters? I bought my VIP mage shield for a reason.

well it'll be forever untradable on your character, which can be bad if you decide to quit later or got an even better gear.
Plus, if you get hacked, people still can drop your item or delete your character.

if you use the meso-lock from Cash Shop. Your item will be locked for a limited time, you cannot drop it nor can you or the hacker DELETE your character with a locked item.

But downside is that you cannot cube/upgrade your locked item with meso-lock(?)

Inability to move items across characters is BS if that is implemented and it is already implemented on some items.

Guys, it is not really confirmed we wont have the no-sok limitation. But when GM Girasol said, and i quote: "We won't be getting Additional Options, so no worries.". And this he said to a thread that went something like this: "I really dont like unlimited and AO, mostly because of the sok-limit that comes with AO". So yea, im pretty positive.
