No, because a MMORPG that pay-to-play, limited to some people, require specific equipments to play, no storyline, no job system, simple gameplay cannot maintain itself more than 3 months. Even if there's a MMORPG like this exist, are you willing to spend money to buy it?
Theres a SAO game coming out. But the graphics looks weird. ( PSP ) OT: If you mean a game like the actual anime, wait a few decades, we are getting close thou, with the Xbox Kinect, you being the controller.

TERA online is the best MMORPG out there in terms of gameplay. Hands down.
