Should I buy 18m.att shield instead of 27m.att?
I can't find any 27m.att shield, even 18m.att shields are rare. Should I wait till I find a 27m.att or just buy 18m.att one. The 18m.att has unique potential: 15% int + 1 25% dmg to Boss neb.

@horrorfilms : As @iCodykins mentioned, those scrolls are really only 30%. Additionally, I just recently perfected a 27 m.att shield in Scania, and this took smegaing multiple times on multiple days to obtain 9 scrolls. I had to use 3 types of CS protectors to scroll this: shielding ward, guardian scrolls, and shield scrolls. Previously, I had a 27 m.att 21% INT VIP shield for over 2 years, but upon logging on 3 weeks ago after a 1.5yr hiatus, found it to be deleted. To clarify about the availability of these scrolls, they drop from Nintos in Ninja Castle, which is clearly returning with today's patch! The only reason I was in a hurry was because I wanted to complete the shield before the CS protectors went away.
EDIT: One more thing-- my current shield has 15% total damage on it, and this gives me MORE RANGE/ATK than a 25% INT shield of the same m.att!
just get it. 9 matk at higher levels (as you get higher) wont be that big a deal anyway

Those 50% dark scrolls are really 30%.
Buy the 18m.att since the 27m.att shield are super rare. Even I had trouble finding a decent shield. I have a 28m.att maple magician shield but this is during bb
Int% on weapons, shields, or even emblems is not good. magic atk% can only be obtained through those 3 Items I mentioned.
The scrolls to make a perfected 27 magic atk are very scarce. I find one occasionally but I still have 7 more slots to go. 50% dark scrolls. I have a lot of 10% ones but I'm not going to waste my Time using those.

Yes, by far. You never want to have % stat on something that can get weapon potentials.
