Farming Time Coins?
I just hit 180 on my zero and I've gone back to the other regions for the rewards but I only have about 3127 coins. I heard other people have gotten around 3500 for the full set so now I'm short 300 ish coins and I don't know what to do besides grinding the dungeons.

Just know that the mats are pretty annoying to get. I made the mistake of buying only the recipes and later found that I needed a lot of those blue things.
I suggest making more than 1 Zero to farm up coins to buy both the blue dimension things and the recipes.
If the pieces are tradable, you can probably make 2/3 Zeros and obtain the whole set for free.

The thing is, I'm broke, (like 10m broke) spent every thing on my shadower, I don't regret it, but this is the first class I've loved in a long time, I'm going to make it my second main. The Gold Label set and the Empress set are pretty much the same set, I'd rather spend the coins on that than buying an empress set, especially since warrior empress sets have probably sky rocketed in price by now.

With the 2x quest coupon, yeah. I bought it kinda late in my 160s and I went along with the story without ever having to go do a dungeon to level up.
