if it helps at all, I've put under 5b into my DB and I'm at about 80k range buffed at lvl 155
I used about 20b and my buffed range at lvl 193 is about 500k.
@dbswjddn: If you use the attack "Mecha Purge Bombardment" which does 4 hits with 398% damage per hit at level 30 (the skill). You will do about 1,592,000 - 2,388,000 damage.
18b to fund an xenon? You should get way more than 150k range.. Go with Xenon, Tyrants and %allstat help so much. Go for it!
