Stastically, because it is 50/50, you will never get past 2 stars so.

I've managed to get my cape to 5 stars for under a bil, and my shoes went to 5 stars on literally 270m.

I reccomend using 3 star scroll, with guardians in reward shop if u want. Starforce to 5.

i think you just got unlucky, with aee's for the first star it cost me only 500m with starforce for my cape to 5 stars, and 1.2b for my shoes. Using 2-3 stars ee scrolls first is even better.

Ikr star force enhancements do seem to be very low ever since it was released, a lot of the time it "feels" like it is 10% success lol

I'd rather use AEEs.
In the old cubing system, you could use all the cube fragments to get untradable AEEs. (every 5 I think).
Result is - I have over 200 untradable AEEs.
So it's just a question of protection for the tyrant. Got all of them to 7 stars in no-time. Problem occurs past 7, since you cannot protect it from boom anymore.

EDIT: also AEEs have 100% success rate in case you have 0 stars, don't they?
