Why does this game work?
So theres this game called Wizardy. U can get it if u google 'scary mind quiz games' and click on the 2nd link. Its the one of milaadesign.com. It asks to choose a 2 digit number then subtract the sum of those 2 digits from the actual number. Ex: if u choose 30, 30 - (3+0). Nd then u get a negative number. Nd it asks u to look at one of the 100 symbols it has on the game screen which is ur negative number for 10 secs. Then the symbol pops up on the game screen. How does this game work?

The little formula that the game gives you will always result in a multiple of 9, no matter what. When the sheet comes up, all the multiples of 9 are the same symbol. Every other number looks like it's given a random symbol, but the multiples of 9 are all the same symbol. Thus, when you "think" about your "randomly generated" number, you're already doing something that the game is planning for.
