When does Octopunch become stronger than Buccaneer Blast?
So I've recently just advanced Buccaneer, and decided to put 1 point into Bucc Blast, Octopunch and Dragon Strike. At the moment, it seems like Bucc Blast seems a lot stronger than Octopunch during Power Stance. My question is, when should Octopunch be stronger (percentage-wise) than Buccaneer Blast?
Edit: Okay, let me clarify something. When I say that Buccaneer Blast is stronger, it's in the situation that I'm using Bucc Blast in 1v1 and is [i]still[/i] stronger than Octopunch in 1v1.

Assuming 1vs1, non-charged state, no hypers, SI+Booster
Level 1 Buccaneer Blast: (420% x 4) / 1.170s = 1435.90%/s
Level 1 Octopunch: (183% x 8) / 0.690s = 2121.74%/s
Level 30 Buccaneer Blast: (565% x 4) / 1.170s = 1931.62%/s
Level 30 Octopunch: (270% x 8) / 0.690s = 3130.43%/s
Outcomes should be the same regardless of energy charge and hypers.
The general rule of thumb is octopunch is used for bossing and buccaneer blast is used for training/mobbing. Octopunch is your 1v1 move while bucc blast can hit 10 monsters when maxed, up to 12 with hypers. Although bucc blast may be stronger percentage-wise, the delay between attacks is much slower than octopunch. So it really depends on your situation.
