Should I sell my Leaves or buy the Black Anniverary set?
So I currently have about 10k Leaves and about 20m mesos in my storage. If I sell my Leaves, I don't think I'll be able to buy a good, clean end-game Knuckle (for example, a Shark Tooth Knuckle, which has about 102 ATK clean) that I can scroll and potential myself (I don't really plan on buying NX.) However, I can probably buy a slightly weaker set with (probably) good stats. On the other hand, I was thinking about buying a Black Anniversary Knuckle (which has 92 ATK clean - I think I can buy one, but it'll probably cost more that its value in Leaves) so I can scroll it myself. I can also try to buy most of the Black Anniversary set (which can come with good Epic-tier Potential), but it'll cost quite a lot of Leaves.
As a point of interest, I'm currently using a clean six-piece White Anniversary Set, including the weapon.
My question is: Should I just sell my Leaves and try to buy better equipment, or should I just buy the Black Anniversary set?

@DColdhearts: im almost 100% sure, because i haven't missed a day of attendance, and there were maple black items in the Fm with unique pots. I would assume this because those unique potential scrolls could go to better use...

Really? I thought all of the Black equipment that came with Hidden Potential (including the weapon) was Epic.

Damn, if that's true, that sucks. In EMS Lion Heart (ofc the set I need) is like 40-50 mil a piece not including Cape etc which is probs. way more expensive! I thought that was bad enough.
ALL the Black Weapons come with a UNIQUE potential. The equipment is epic however.
@jeonae: How powerful are the Drop Rate / Spawn Core do you use? (For example, +30% Drop Rate and +70% Spawn.)

For farming leaves I usually ONLY get drop rate + spawn core because the faster you kill = more leaves
My pet has loot skill + range extender+ auto loot...
but yeah this is on 1x without any familiars or greed pendant.. but cannoneers has op dps. barrel chest + monkey = 10 kills 1 sec with my +8 mob skill = 18 kills 1 sec
with like buffs I can get around 5-8k leaves in 30 minutes
@Avatar - I was referring to when I get more Leaves... Eventually. It'll cost 380 Coins, based on the cheapest things I can get. (38k Leaves, which would take me about 6 days to get.)
@jeonae - 2k Leaves per run? How do you get that much? (I'm only getting 1k leaves per run. I'm using the loot skill on my pet, by the way.)

On topic, I don't know if I should give my recommendation but I would go ahead and try and get the endgame-y equips. The Black Anni set is OK, even a cut above the usual event sets, but in the end it doesn't have any resale value, so once you outgrow it you're gonna be in real trouble climbing out of the poor person pit and getting a 'proper' set. I know I'd regret it if I settled for the poor man's set, but ultimately it's up to you.[/quote]
Damned I'm jealous of you. You can't earn 150m per day in MSEA. And a Cygnus set costs around 1bil per piece.
Damn I'm jealous of you guys. 150m per day? Damn! Our version of the event is all untradeables so you can't make any money off it at all. At least the Black Anni set is easier to obtain in our ver. The only thing I can do is kill the event boss 5 times a day and npc all of the potion drops for 2m-3m a day. I can't even manage to sell the power elixirs for 5k ea because of how empty our FM is right now... (to be fair, from what I've heard it's still busier than some of your servers ie Renegades)

Not sure if the character of his is in Scania like his xenon but a clean fafnir knuckler is 1.2b. Although I would suggest a clean cra top/bottom/hat though if he is at level 150 or above which should run him no more than 150m for the 3 pieces. The alternative would be clean empress set which is about 100m for all pieces except the shoulder but it includes the cape and the weapon.
If you can manage to sell the leaves at 15k each, which is pretty easy to do, then you can get yourself exactly 150m before taxes. Afterwards you can pick the set you want to go with and figure out a way to scroll it with the same little to no funds

I dont think you can get the black set with that many leaves and that much money? Arent the pieces like 60-80 coins each?
