Where can I get Clean Slate Scrolls?
So I'm currently scrolling a weapon, and was wondering where I can find Clean Slate Scrolls (any % success rate, really), apart from the Free Market and Gachaperriot? (I'm not sure if the latter even has them, but still - no Gachaperriot.) Are there any quests or monsters that I can get them from?

All right, thank you for the quick response. I've been wondering for this for quite a while.
As much as I'd like to lock this thread, I have no idea where Basil moved the Lock Thread button to.
There are no quests or monsters that give them out. Events reward them on the odd occasion. There are also exploiters who sell clean slate service for around 150-200m per slot.
