Nexon Bans Me

So around early December, I suddenly couldn't log in, and I still can't. I thought they resolved the issue with a patch which they said would resolve the issue. It didn't. So I sent a ticket. Now, they reply, as they always take over a month to respond to tickets. And this is what they tell me.

I understand that this must be very upsetting to see that you have been restricted from being able to log onto your account. Hopefully, I will be able to clarify this situation with you.
After reviewing your account, please be informed that your account was found participating in malicious activities and was temporarily blocked. I am sorry to inform you that you will need to serve out the rest of your suspension.
In order to prevent future detections, please be sure that you are not running any third party programs that enhance your game play. It is recommended that you do not run any other programs while you are playing our games.

If you have any other issues regarding your account, please submit a new ticket detailing your situation.

I haven't been able to log in since some time early December.
So I got banned for doing nothing.

I bet it was that GMSkarlom or whatever...he seems to be doing all the banning.

Exactly what @PermaHypsy said. I would check your computer for keyloggers and change your password if you really did nothing.
