AND...fastest will always be scannia...4% all stat neb in scania=100m and 2% all stat neb in windia =400m
evo rings 2/3 in scania=200m and=300m in windia.
it just simply cost wayyyyyy much more to be funded in windia lol. Merchants and dupers are so good at controlling price.
