Elemental staffs and Wands
Just to let everyone know, Elemental staffs and Wands (not that wands matter for bams) Still have a luck requirement. So if you are unfunded and want to use a elemental staff or wand, make sure to put an "x" amount of stats into luck.
Edit: Did not know that Elemental Wands had no luck requirements anyways.

by now those who want to equips the estaff 1-4 and have mesoranger gear can manage to get 104 luk that are needed to equip the staff ^^ if not well meso ranger equips MoN, crusader equips (even clean ones) and medal helps xP

I'm aware of that, just wanted to post in on basil to help others if they want to fund a battle Mage in the future.

Yeah because Ele are GMS exclusive so KMS didn't fix the Ele staff
Ah okay. I was more focused upon Elemental staffs 1-4 since they are a bit more cheaper to buy.
Elemental Wands never had a Luk Requirement, just pointing that out...
If you have the funds to afford an EStaff 5-8, I think you could manage that extra Luk without adding in any extra SP xD.
