@chubsin: I remember once upon a time on Basil, there was a Normal Dex NL who really loved Avenger. He said he wished for Avenger to evolve into a bigger throwing star in 4th job with multiple hits someday. I'd like to think that if he was still playing today, he would really love Showdown. ^^

As much as I liked BoT, it's Arrow Rain that I miss the most. >_<
My Bow Master's drastically reduced usage seemed to coincide with the removal of that skill.

@star909: The one for buccaneers would be the best.

However, I did love using Band of Thieves, so I'm not sure which one would cause the most tears. For me, such a nostalgia thread would look something like this (Gonna use one/two skills per class)

- Buccaneer = Demolition, Barrage
- Archers = Arrow Rain, Puppet
- Shadower= Assaulter, BoT

I'll add more once I think of em, brain dead right now.

Sure it wasn't very good but at least it made somewhat sense to the class. Taunt is a way better mob skill for sure but why is it there? It isn't even throwing stars?
Avenger was just 9000x cooler too

BoT was lit, CB was the only class I got to 3rd job pre-BB

The loss of Assaulter and Band of Thieves are the main reasons I'm not still a Shadower.

Shadower was the only class I ever enjoyed. The introduction of flashjump to the class was pretty darn neat, and still managed to keep the skill exclusive to the rogue class branch, which I was absolutely fine with. But all of the dual blade-esque changes absolutely murdered the class and took from its originality.

Rip classic animations, Rip assaulter, Rip Band of thieves, Rip never getting hit ever.

That skill was alright, but assaulter was better. Too bad they replaced it with phase dash.

yo the old savage blow animation was real savage. The writing was so dope

I made one cuz I liked the old Savage Blow's animation and sound.

And mesos going kaboom, but yeah, BoT and assaulter were pretty fun too.
