Double Uppercut useless?
Is it true you should not put anything but 1 into double uppercut? There's that 'ultimate guide' but it says you max it in 3rd job, why not just go ahead and max it instead of MP recovery or Oak Barrel?
are there any other guides besides that 'ultimate guide'?

every1 hate shockwave. but imo i regret not getting it because although dragon strike outdamages it in 4 job you still have to find the skillbook to get it which means either spending weeks and weeks hunting for it, or buying it for a rediculous price(shockwave is 700% damage max which means you need lvl 20+ ds to out damage it). Im lvl 145 now and never use double uppercut , and even while training id rather be using a max lvl shockwave than a lvl 10 ds(which im sure many new buccs wouldnt have since ds 20 is pretty hard to find/afford).
Anyways Im not great with dps charts so who knows, maybe with the speed difference lvl 10 ds might equal in dps as max shockwave.
in the end it just depends on funding/luck/whichever 1 of the useless skils you perfer lol.
It's does pretty good damage, but the range is far too short. If you are UA, you should keep Energy Blast and Shockwave to a minimum and add MP recovery and Oak Barrel.
