Who is the smartest hip hop artist?

I personally think(based on "being streetwise&quot Wale is the smartest hip hop artist.

If people pay attention to his lyrics and the mixture of different instruments in his songs, they will know what I'm talking about....

BUT!
Theres other smart rappers out there, but it would be long of a list to put here, so can you guys name some? I wanna listen to them.... because I pay attention with a great ear.
