What to upgrade
currently i have about 310m in pure mesos and about 600~700m worth of stuff left to sell and i was wondering what to buy.
~currently lvl 104 Sniper~
16/16/15/15 3 lined zhelm (considering going for scar with %dex)
125att 8dex 6%dex 2lined golden raven (should i cube or wait till 127 and hopefully get a VIP crossbow after WH die down)
30str 5dex lvl 70 overall (currently have a base str of 13 so i was considering raising base dex and going with %dex overall)
4dex 10str shoes (to use bow with current str)
2%dex +3dex earrings (most likely going to upgrade)
14att 2 lined BWG (should i get a %dex glove?)
4att 6str 2lined PAC (keep or upgrade?)
spig necklace for now till i get a MoN
lvl 9 ring, 2 Z-rings, and a Cruel Ring
3att +10dex 2lined witch belt (cube for %dex?)
also if i were to go for a VIP crossbow, how much do you think my golden raven could go for? Keep in mind that in scania a VIP crossbow is about 600m cheapest and often 800m~1.2bil for a clean one

really, that cheap?
i sold a 124att 3lined hammered neschere for that much and i thought i was getting ripped off o_O
also scanian prices are really high compared to all other servers so im not sure if i can get one that good for that cheap a price o-o
about STR overalls, i'm still a little weary about em. before potentials, they were a poor choice for a bowman damage, price and availability-wise. now, with potentials, the damage isn't an issue anymore, but there are still two problems: price and availability. not every bowman has em, and they're very rare since most opt for raising STR and take DEX overalls or go STRless and take DEX overalls. STR scrolls are rarer and more expensive than DEX counterparts. also, they're hard to upgrade if you get surplus STR, or if you lack STR for a certain weapon, because of the above reasons, and almost all STR overalls are tailored to meet their scroller's needs, while a DEX bonus suits anyone just fine no matter the amount.
for the xbow? i bet you can get over 500m. i bought a 131 ATT+6 ATT pot (2-line) shiner for 275m, but that's 50 lvls above.
and, with 1b meso, you CAN afford at least a 140 ATT vip with 2-line pot. you'd just need for one to appear, since people are looking for them too. a couple smegas at the right times should do the trick on this
what about a str overall with %dex?
also how much do you think i can sell the raven for?, With my gear i have 80str total so do you think i would be able to afford a VIP xbow?
i'd get a weapon now. DB's have been here for 2-3 months, CB's have been here almost from the beginning, and scrolls, along with weaons, show no indication they'll go down in price. it comes with having a class steal your weapons
with 1b meso, i'd get a friggin good VIP. for most classes (thankfully we're still relatively cheap) the best bang for their buck is a new weapon. for 300m i got 15 ATT more over my old crossbow (122 ATT > 131 ATT+6 ATT), whereas 300m on a WG could've gotten me 2-4 ATT more at best. i'd aim for a 140-150 ATT shiner/reverse/VIP, and spend the rest on armor. you can get potentially more ATT if you get a 2-line one, because there's no guarantee you can get a good potential along 30% boss, which is what you should aim for
next could be either a chaos zhelm once you're 130+ (+21 to all, and 10% HP), a DEX overall, with %DEX potential (i recommend arzuna/reverse overalls), %DEX shoes, a good ATT PAC (4+ ATT with potential) and cubing the belt
also, if you plan to go with a shiner/reverse, raise that STR. %DEX with some STR gear scrolled for DEX is WAY better than STR-scrolled gear, or %DEX alone. if you want to pick a VIP, then leave your base as it is, and get DEX-scrolled gear with %DEX
