Clean empress vs luk% gear vs Ra
I've been an avid mapler since the beta days, but after coming back from a 3-4 year hiatus, a lot has changed. I'm wondering whether the empress set, RA set, or luk% gear would increase my damage range the most. I'm a level 140 DB currently with the following items: 190att 38 luk Boss dmg 30% total damage 8% VIP dagger, 98att 3% luk Moonshadow katara, 15att 6 luk 4% dex SCGs, 16% luk 1att 8luk Pirate top, 4%luk 9luk Pirate bottoms, 3% luk boots, 2% luk rat mouth, 11att 21luk spiderweb hat, 6% luk 7att earrings, Evo ring, 14att belt, 3att 3% luk pendant, and a 4% luk cape. My damage range unbuffed is 34k.
In the end, i'm looking to increase my damage range by the most possible for the cheapest possible. Although the cheapest route may not be viable, any input is greatly appreciated.

@darksin1204 I dont think clean thief CRA is that expensive. In bera the hat is about 200m, the top, 40m, the bottom 400m. However, a clean fafnir dagger is about 6b at the moment.
change your katara to the sw one cause it already comes with 30% boss and 10% pdr on it, your dagger is fine cause i have been using a 185 attack emp dagger for awhile till i had finished my fafnir dagger. you can change your accessories to the gollux set they are pretty good.
Clean empress wont get you very far, maybe 50k range buffed. If you get them well scrolled, they aren't good if you use the set effect because it throws away a lot of potential range (like dojo gloves). If anything, only the gloves, shoulders, and boots (maybe) are worth getting well scrolled. So empress gear is almost a no go. Gloves can get decent SI, which helps your range a lot and can be traded, so it has resale value. Shoulders are one of the best shoulders in game, excluding Krexel, Meiser, and SW. Boots can be useful, but a tyrant or nova boot would easily be better than a empress boot, unless you plan to well scroll the empress and not the tyrant/nova.
RA gear is relatively expensive for a decently scrolled/potted set, because everyone wants them. In bera, a clean hat/top/bot will probably run close to 1b, and a clean wep will cost somewhere near 4b, probably more. If you want them well scrolled, they'll easily surpass 10b, espeically the wep, which would probably be worth closer to 20b by itself. However, the RA set is only 4 parts, and has a crazy amount of +ATT. If you want the best long term investment (as of now), RA is the route you'd go, especially since RA and Tyrants/dojo gloves dont interfere.
%Luck gear is relatively cheap since people have thrown them away for sets. If you want the largest increase in range with the cheapest amount of money, this is probably where you'd want to go, since you could probably get 20%+ eqs for less than 5b. Even now, there are 26% tops for 2.5b in bera. Theyre also good because they're easily tradable, and so you can use them as collat, play other thieves, etc. However, they are a short term investment. You'll soon reach a point where you can't improve because it's not worth the money to only get a few k range boost, or theres nothing in the market. In addition, it'll take forever to sell them because theres no buyers.
tl;dr Empress: no, RA: yes for long term investment. %Luck: yes for short term (risky) investment.
