Every girl is different obviously. o.o
I do tend to see a slight change in mannerisms in girls when they are around their crush/someone they find really attractive.
Lol nah my voice is the same. I think it depends on the girl but I hate those girls with those high-pitched voices (faked).
I scream loud as a girl. People think its fake do you think is?
Edit: I scream loud and high.

Some people have an "at home" voice and an "outside" voice. They use their normal "at home" voice when they're comfortable with the situation. They use their "outside" voice when they're speaking with someone or about something out of their comfort zone. Studdering occurs more often when they're nervous or talking about a touchy subject.

The tone of voice doesn't necessarily have to change when she's nervous, other body languages also say a lot about how nervous she is feeling. It could vary from things like having eye contact when speaking, fiddling with hair, clenching fists to try ridding of shaking hands, shuffling of feet, rocking back and forth or side to side, taking more breaths to attempt countering shakiness of the voice, asking you more questions to try extracting information about you, these are just some of the things that you may notice she is doing differently. These kinds of things also change depending on how rapid a relationship develops.

TLDR: Tone of voice isn't the only way to determine if she is nervous or not, body language plays a huge part in it as well.

My tone changes when I talk to anyone who I'm not completely comfortable with. I assume it's the same with women.

Some can sound more soft/tender/feminine, some might sound more energetic/happy when they're around their crush.
