I used a SP Reset. That should help. And it did.

Since the cost to job change increases with each time you should use the coin for changing back.

so in 2nd Job I didn't lvl up cannon mastery to 10..... This effects my 4th job skill Cannon Overload which I cant use until the skill I mentioned goes to ten. By the way im lvl 135 atm.

I'm not entirely sure how you screwed up on your skill tree since almost everything should be maxed at the end anyway. exactly how* did you mess up?
