Fafnir and Vip Katara price?
I am currently trying to find a good Fafnir and Katara and I found a:
242 attack, 9% total dmg, 102% bossing Fafnir Damascus
and a
174 attack, 30% boss, 30% ignore def Vip Katara
I don't honestly know if these are worth buying and I was just wondering if anyone knew how much these are worth since I haven't played for a while and I don't feel like offering too low. Price in meso please, and thanks for any help.

Daggers nice, consider total damage as more boss. So just call it a 111% boss dagger. The dagger is fine, only thing is you didn't include lots of information, like the scrolls used on the dagger or its current equip enhancement count. As far as sweeth20 daggers go, make sure you always equip+psok the katara you are going to transpose into a sweeth20 katara. This allows for you to trade it one time. Best way to get a sweeth20 katara, is to get a empress katara (never equiped) scroll it+equip enhance it, unique pot it, and then equip it and psok it. After all that you are ready to transpose it.

I'm assuming 40/30/20%% boss dmg (reg pot+neb) with like 12% BONUS POT boss dmg
why the hell would u buy vip katara when sw katara is CLEARLY superior.... I mean come on... it's been out for a while now...

as a above said don't go for vip instead go for sw katara for the additional 30% boss
You can usually calculate how much its worth based on which scrolls were used on the items. Also really depends on how many enhances those items have.
If no enhances on dagger, then you can assume that it was 8att scrolled. In Scania, 8att scrolled faf is 6-8b, but the one you mentioned is probably lower because (I'm assuming) there are no enhances on it.
Vip kataras are generally not worth buying because you are paying ~1b for rarity and they are outdated. Not to mention from my personal experience in Windia fm it seems that a lot of them are duped (202 attack with the 15% ignore neb, and others neb'd with 15%/18% ignore).
