What custom pc

Builder would trust?
Ibuypower vs Digital Storm
I don't know why but both companies seem to have the best and worst reviews possible. What would you say is the better company? And if you have a personal experience why?

Not everyone has the technical expertise or confidence to build their own computer and the "safety net" of buying from a professional builder is worth the extra cost to them.
You could build your own car or do your own brain surgery too, if you really wanted to. But how many people actually do that..?
but you can be your own tech support if you just search up the parts/tutorials that teach you..... there's really no point in buying from a manufacturer because i presume your using it for gaming based on the companies you mentioned. your better off building one yourself so that you can upgrade later if need be.
I guess I don't want to be held responsible if a part malfunctions and it's not covered by part warranty.
btu the real question is why not build it yourself?
I want to feel a sense of safety if something goes wrong with the computer. And the person who would help me with the computer and all is my sister's boyfriend. So I don't know if I him to be tech support and I doubt he would want to be also.
I'd judge it by who has the most experience, has done the most builds, and has the best bad:good review ratio.
But then again, I know nothing about either one.
The biggest thing is that it seems as if Digital Storm has no bad reviews. It brings me to suspect that they pay off bad reviews.
