mech + merc + insight.
and inner of course
32% Buff duration, mech card, and Empathy level works as well.
32 + 15 is 47 so you need level 30 empathy for the last 3% lol. Merc card works as well, although I find myself getting a slight delay occasionally from server lag.
I have 34% buff duration after ~7k circulators? Mech card gives a good 15% at 101, and the rest is Merc -4% CD
odd. I have 34% i.a buff + s rank mech + s rank merc card. And I really don't have unlimited fc. I usually have to wait around 3~5 seconds for the buff to appear again ;/

Cant use two of the same character cards.
Im pretty positive the max for unique is something like 32%buff and you will have to get the Mercedes card, I believe for cooldown reduction which would take care of the remaining 3%. (32%(inner ability)+ 15% mech card=47%)
Ive used at least 300+ and the most ive got was 22% and decided to go yolo and hope for the 35%. Bad move.
Better start up on that mech.
I tried thousands and thousands of circulators literally, and never got over 19% epic. My bucc friend came to help me one day, first time azwanning, and got it as his first unique pot... Luck of the draw Dx Now that I'm a NL I'll probably get it once I change my inner ofc haha~
