Maplestory has stop workingquot
After a day of playing maple perfectly fine
Today i tried to get on maplestory, the moment the loading screen came up
my windows gives me error of "maplestory has stop working"
I cant seem to find any fix T^T
It was working fine yesterday

Can anyone who had this issue upload NGPatcher somewhere so us guys with no copies of MS could get it too?
I'm having the same issue right now. Maple was working fine yesterday, and now I'm trying for the 8th time to log in after a long day at school just to find out that I can't even get into the game. GG...
Im having a trouble time with this maplestory black cipher stuff, in my NexonGuard Folder i have only NGcore.bin,NGcore,NGgate.
Alright guys here is the solution to fixing this problem
1.Download BlackCipher manual patch from website
2.C:>Nexon>MapleStory>BlackCipher
3.Replace all conflicting files
4.Launch Maplestory from launcher or website

I'm a Vista User and it works perfectly fine
Same problem on my Vista... I load the game right after the patch and got a message instantly after nexon game security saying "program has stopped working" and then it closes after a short while. Tried all methods listed above... even transferred a working maplestory from my laptop on a usb onto my vista, still no avail
Well time to find NGGate and NGPatcher

I just got on to maplestory, b/c someone on forum suggest that i go into GMS folder then find gamelauncher then launch it from there. I'm currently playing my new NW.
@ninjablack99 as long as you have those 3 .bin files your good you don't need to delete any of the others but you can if you want they should just reappear when you launch the game. Try launching it from the website and check your firewalls and antivirus. Also check your task manager to see if some nexon related program is still running (though you probably already did this). You might even just need a simple restart. If none of that works I'd try redownloading overnight and then repeat the steps after you install a fresh one. I started off by redownloading maple then getting mad and turning off my antivirus and firewall then fixed my NexonGuard folder and then BlackCipher.

Hmm. What I did is when I extracted the Blackcipher's file I extracted them into Cipher's Folder, I pressed copy and replace. I used game launcher but ended up with a same.
Also from your pic, I checked NexonGuard folder,I got this MaplestoryN DAT file on there.
@Ecarina If your missing files in your NexonGuard folder you pretty much have to get someone trusted to send you whatever your missing.
@ninjablack99 If you put all the new files into BlackCipher and you have all the files you need in the NexonGuard folder it should work. Who knows though nexon
managed to remove files randomly, you could be missing anything for no reason.

Let me ask again, where am I supposed to get NGPatcher.bin? You said to check if it's in the folder and it's not, what do I do now?

Well I uninstalled the game, not gonna bother reinstall

This is happening with one of my computers. That computer runs Windows Vista.
This is happening to me. i uninstalled and re-installed it twice and received the same result. Even tried logging in through the site.
