@DepthXNoob: Go back to the map you were originally in when the story made you leave town, there are probably still some ninja's alive or something. It's either that, or there's a different map you need to go to first. I'm not in front of the game at the moment so I can't say for sure.
Edit: Okay, I checked the map, and the map called "sospetto forest walking path" with claire and a monster called nightpriest is not the right map, that's for something later on. Perhaps you need to talk to Leon first, because the map that I went to for that quest, I don't see it on the world map. Go back to the outskirts and talk to him (I think that's the map he's in at this point).

Yeah, I've checked the map and Claire is in one of them, but I get a message when trying to go through the portal saying that I can't move there yet.
If I'm remembering right there were some mobs that appeared at the bottom of the map you were in. If that's not it, then it should be the part where you go to the hideout in the forest. I forget how to get there, but it should be listed on the world map and there will be scenes when you get there.
