Places where capes drop commonly
I'm looking for a place suitable for a level 105 hermit to hunt at for a nice potential Cape, are there any good places I can go?
Also, how much are 60% Cape Dex and 60% Cape Luk in Broa?

@deraykhel: I remember training there for like an hr and getting like 10. But thats just me.
