Pokemon Wifi team on B/W

I may receive B/W when it releases in March 6 in the U.S. I think this time around I will decide the competitively battle (for fun). However, I am rather bad at the pokemon stuff ( I know most term like EV and UU, forgot what IV is tho >.&lt. Is there any pokemon recommendations basil can give me? I don't want a team of all Over Used pokemon (Idk whats overused tho :O).
One pokemon I am keen on is my SP. Attack Delibird (I LOVE THIS POKEMON ) It only has icebeam, water pulse, and Ariel Ace (any suggestions on the 4th move?).
I may use a Garchomp (its uber but overused right?) any suggestions on this?
Also thinking of Conkeldurr (fighting), Ferrothorn (grass steel), and Volcarona (bug fire).
So, can I get some suggestions on pokemon/moves/EV training for future Wifi battles on B/W? Ty for the help.

Well I'm having problems finding what breeds Seed Bomb to a Delibird (I have Ice Punch down). I found Ludicolo, but I don't have Saphire and my D.S touch screen is broken T.T
EDIT: WOOT, found one that matched, Jumpluff . Now to breed a super Delibird

its pretty unlikely for the opposing team not to have pokemon faster than the magikarp. though in the case of a team full of magikarp, thats not a problem ^_^
the only problem is... will all those focus sashes be accepted?

But I probably won't use that.
you could always make a team of a lv100 magikarp with focus sash and flail
How would that work? 0.o
had you tried checking smogon the site tells many good attack ev/iv options for every pokemon
I've been checking it, but with my internet down (mooching off my asian neighbor's internet that sucks) its hard to check.
I may have an Choice Band Delibird
Also, I'll try that Scizor combo.
@demonko33: Idk if I'd be able to trade (my sister is getting a new DS+mine might get repaired and we may get one Black and one White pokemon games). I know metagross is good. But is Scizor worth it?
I use it since its an pretty good attacker with bullet punch. I would always knock out 2 pokemon with scizor. There was a website that show what moves you should teach your pokemon and etc but i forgot it.
Follow what the person said above.
You should a have set up pokemon.
Really? Couldn't you make a NU/UU pokemon good tho? (like a Delibird? :O)
yeah u could, but a lot of competitive players used mostly OU pokemon which can kill other tier pokemon. You got try scizor i love that pokemon and also metagross. If you like delibird so much then make the best delbird there is. Find the correct nature and get the two major stats it needs to 31 iv or 30.

Overuse team are the best in competition. Siczor and metagross are two pokemon i like to use in a team. Metagross is great in defensive and can be use as a sucider.
I'd suggest you look around over here a little bit and maybe check the Serebii Forums, it'll help you a lot with Iv's/ Ev's/ movesets and tiers.
Tiers are groups of pokémon divided by their strength. The strongest pokémon of all are in the Uber tier, then comes OU (Over Used), UU (Under Used) and NU (Never Used), you can battle in any tier with NU pokémon, with UU, in UU, OU and Uber, with OU in OU and Uber and Uber pokémon can only battle against other Ubers.

Does this answer some questions?
Yes it does ty .
