best shoulder to get?
Correct me if I'm wrong, but before this patch Emp shoulders were the best out there. Now the Meister shoulder that's out has better stats. So is that the best one? I realize there's set effects and stuff...so I would like to know what's the best shoulder to maximize OPness.
Working on a faf+tyrant set atm, if that helps answer my question. (I heard there's a spreadsheet somewhere that calculated the new Sweet water set to be better?)

@Desda: it's very possible, there's at least 5 in scania that i've seen (yeah not that many)
@xtripled but I read somewhere it's 'impossible' to get black tinker?
Yeah by stats #1 is black tinker with 15att and 40stat
2 is tie between meister with 11att and 13 stat & red tinker with 7att 25stat
3 is blue tinker with 6att 20stat
4 is empress with 7att 11stat
5 is green tinker with 5att 15stat
but meister i believe can't be traded not even with psok so it can't be sold later on, which makes it bad for a lot of peopls

tinker shoulder are better than emp, so I'm taking black is best shoulder then red then blue, and then I'm not sure if empress or green, don't quite remember stats
thought those black tinkers were the best, i don't think anyone uses the set effect for those cause it conflicts with other sets, unless the person is using full empress or something
