O.o nah if there'd be a week off every month kiddos would get outa the flow and they'd have learning issues... I def wouldn't recommend that.
Personally I'd like to have 3 months off in summer but in Germany we "only" get 6 weeks our kids are kind of ... pushed educationally lol
(I think it's even only 4 weeks for students but not sure anymore..)
Uhhh... You mean like a Year-Round school? o_o
Well, Year-Round schools have 3 weeks off every 9 weeks or so.
But no, I don't think we should do that.
Finland has one of the best school systems in the world, while they have the least amount of hours spent in school. We should learn from them.
no me gusta. if i want to travel, i do NOT want only 1 week of fun =_=. At least 1month or 2 months.
No. I'd rather have some big holiday to look forward to than to just repeat the same routine every month of school life.
I like the idea.
But you're excluding the other breaks in between the school year (excluding summer break). If we add them all together, you'd probably get another month or two in addition to the three.
There're about fifteen weeks of vacation in total for primary and secondary school students.
I already get a total of a week off or more almost every month anyway, so that'd be dumb.
As much as I miss friends in the summer, the ones I don't hang out with, I would still rather have summer. Maybe a bit shorter summer, but as I progress further into my summer (Got out on the 8th) I will probably see all my time going away while watching anime. I like summer because it gives us chances to go out, work out, and do other things we wouldn't usually do. (My life is ruled by my homework and things like that)
year-round schools are boring.
I already disliked school as it was to the point where I demanded to be home schooled. Year round would make me want to dieeeee.

Like Year-round school, kinda?
No thanks.
