How to improve gearwise?
I want to know how I can improve my stuff efficiently with 30bil

Start doing Gollux and prep for a Superior Gollux Earring.
I've always been told to cube my weapon, secondary and badge first for % atk, % boss and PDR first, so I suppose that is the advice I could give you.
EDIT: I meant Emblem =o
Okay, I know that this very hard to do, but all you have to do is find an equip, if that equip has better stats than your current equip, then get the better equip.
