About the Free special 9th/10th book option

Illusion 30
Magic Mastery 30
Flame Wheel 30
If I get flame wheel, does it allow me gain flame wheel or do I have to find one/gain one first to use Flame wheel 100%?

ok thanks, but i heard skill books aint dropping from zak :O
You have to find the skill book for it at zakum or fm. Use it and get the skill to lvl 5, after that you can use the book.
