A decent MP3 player
Hi, I would like to know what kind of decent MP3 players that are available in Australia? features that include a display screen and rechargeable. I prefer not to buy an Apple Ipod since they cost quite a fair amount of money and besides I'm only going to listen to music, not watch movies and play games. The memory should be at least be 2-8 GB and price range around $50

Sony Walkman S-Series and E-Series
Samsung YP-Q2, and YP-R1.
Not sure if they're sold in Australia, but these four are all good choices.

They don't hate on iPod, but have preference to other models and have plenty reviews.
For around $50, Sansa Clip+ and Sansa Fuze is highly recommended. (according to them)

Sound quality means nothing if your MP3 player can't play FLAC files.
And I've compared the sound quality of my phone to other MP3 devices and my phone sounds just as good, if not better, than the others that I've tried.
I recommend the Dog Smith (can't say the actual name of the retailer) a5146, it's got 8gb space and a nifty touch pad. all in all a good purchase for me, because i was deciding on an mp3 not too long ago, like 3 days ago

I don't understand why people just don't get a phone with MP3 capabilities. You know, like every phone out there.
I think Creative Zen is one of those cheapy brands of mp3 players
I heard the Sansa Fuze is good around that range.

Besides, the non-video models such as the iPod nano and the Shuffle aren't all that costly.
I already have a 1GB Ipod Shuffle and plus I want to try something new and is more efficient for me.
