Xfinity hotspots
Do any of you guys know how safe Xfinity hotspots are? My own comcast internet hasn't been working the past few weeks and I've been using an Xfinity hotspot.

Do any of you guys know how safe Xfinity hotspots are? My own comcast internet hasn't been working the past few weeks and I've been using an Xfinity hotspot.

Agreed with above... using WiFi at an open hotspot lets anyone else using the same service monitor all the connections to the router if they're so inclined.
Anything you send or receive that's not encrypted can be easily intercepted.
Use caution.
When you're using a public wifi network you should always assume somebody else could be watching your traffic.
