@Dhino: katara would more less also be collectable as its a fearless item

and only useful fearless i can think of is:
shield
pendent(sometimes)
earrings

i would price higher then a normal katara with same att and slots left (maybe 25m~50m higher)
ether way katara wise its best to just perfect then sell

price wise it depends on who wants it i know there 10x harder to upgrade now that MTS is gone (screws are hardest item to hunt to upgrade)

i would say put it up in shop for max and say offer on it

Maybe it is an ITCG considering it's a stirgeman item, but I know for sure it was a GM event prize pre-big bang.

may i ask how you got the Stirgeman utility skirt?
as they were never officially in itcg codes only the pants existed from the card codes
