I have 110k(around 140k buffed, mw 10) clean and it's always max on bosses, around 800k's on mobs. Before I transfered my stuff, max I reached was 172k fully buffed, and was enough to hit max almost all the time at LHC.
about 120k is enough to hit max with os though it varies depending on some potentials u got.
